integrate with Xena spreadsheet

The idea is that leveraging the spreadsheet existing capability to let user to create subgroups of samples, then send user-defined subgroups to your app to identify differential pathways

• [x] pass in samples for A and B
• [x] create a temporaryish sub cohort for the given cohort and a specific unique name (keyed to date and specifying cohort) stored in the sample URL in the post
• [x] create a mechanism to remove individual sub cohorts, allow removal of all "temporary ones" , or explicitly create a new one in the URL each time
• [x] pass in analysis (already done)
• [x] pass in cohorts (already done)

If a column has two binary states (any two states), we can create a drop-down (like a plot) that goes to the app and sends both samples out:

Sends two sample groups, shared cohort, some default analysis, and will automatically detect the geneset.

Default should probably be BPA expression (or maybe Paradigm)
