UI notes on Xena -> redraw

UI notes:

• the center area with the missing whitespace is very weird
• [ ] the arrows down / legends is hard for the eye to follow -> surround each section by box (gray?)
• [ ] call Middle -> Summary or word close to that -> (i.e., Gene Set Summary)
• [ ] Sample should go on both sides
• [x] the rounded boxes are easy to follow in terms of descriptsion
• [x] and the legends are easy to follow
• the lack of animations is not helpful . . .
• the graying out is nice because of the speed, but I think it would be better as a popup since we change the context anyway
• Analysis and gene sets should be put on top of each other
• [ ] change Cohort Editor editor popup -> Cohort and Sub Group Editor
• [ ] remove Analysis from Cohort Editor popup
• [ ] gray out gene set legend when you open up a list of genes or preferably swap it out
• [ ] indicate the link that is copied to clipboard, show link, link of current view is copied to the clipboard
• [x] the information button does not match
• [ ] header bar has many problems: color scheme, layout
• [x] find button should be a big "GO ->" button @jingchunzhu
• [ ] add icons for server versus internal
• [x] make distinction between local and server and default
• [ ] move gene set to the left as it is a more important control and move icons to the right of that
• [ ] make "Analysis" part of "fetch results"
• [ ] title for icons are wrong and should use tooltip if possible (everywhere)
