Though, we should probably synchronize on Xena's coloring.

Things to sort over / represent:

copy number gain vs loss (red v green)
mutation and type (purple, gold, etc. something that can't be confused)

Not sure how to meld these, but we can possibly just use a simple color merge (with black / white being the natural the natural meld). A hover would show the detail.
