6 years ago Hi, Mary. I have a matrix of isoforms by samples and now I'm a bit confused how to actually view it. I downloaded Xena app to my computer and imported my data matrix. I can actually view my matrix in the web browser (https://xenabrowser.net/datapages/?dataset=mdec.tp63_isoform_expression.tsv&host=https://local.xena.ucsc.edu:7223 - on my personal local hub, right? It's not made public, correct?). But then what do I do with it? When I click on Visualization I don't see my dataset in the list. When I click on View My Data it says I have 1 dataset but doesn't actually display the name or anything else about it. Did I do something wrong uploading my data?

currently when user does not specify cohort, it does not show up in visualization
