fixes #6

[x] validate differing scores (and scores in general) for differing samples (currently the same)
[x] make sure that caching for results is happening
[x] make sure that caching for full results is happening
[x] handle case with no available sub cohorts
[x] retest upload of GMT

[x] make sure we use samples hash to compare samples
[x] use samples to rebuild TPM separate file and cache using sample-hash in name and pass that in

[x] convert generateScoredResult to post to allow adding samples
[x] have client pass in samples appropriately
