• [x] show username for object if not public
• [x] add similar token to all of the REST calls:
• [x] GMT should show those names (maybe we should add a separate method for this?
• [x] associate gmt to user when doing analysis
• [x] in names, pull in additional gmt methods from the user if associated
• [x] add a public flag to gmt results (for general vs private)
