LibreOffice #116

I don't have a Microsoft license and resorted to LibreOffice. Running the generated sheet with LibreOffice does not work at all, because every edit is prohibited with the following message screenshot from 2018-02-27 16 32 16

@stephanieorch Can you load up one of the sheets you made in Google Sheets and see a) if it will open correctly and b) if the protections break? If yes to both, then let's not address this and just add a note on the download page that you must open it in Excel or Google Docs. If not, this is still likely out of scope for now so we can just add a message saying it only works in Excel

Not a priority for the foreseebale future since it works in Excel and seems to work in Google Sheets. If we receive this request more once it launches live, we can reconsider.
