Remove 1000 sample warning note at bottom of spreadsheet #143

The note at the bottom of the xlsx file is causing an issue with the upload to Qiita if you export the .xlsx as a .tsv so for now we should likely just remove this warning and put a note in the readme until we come up with a better solution.

Since Antonio and I have written code for Qiita that will correctly read QIIMP xlsx files as xlsx, and since the 1000-samples line wouldn't be the only issue if trying to export a QIIMP spreadsheet to tsv and upload it that way, @adswafford and I decided not to change the existing message.
