If you choose the mouse-stool or rat-stool packages you have body_habitat, body_product, body_site as well as host_body_habitat, host_body_product, and host_body_site. Not sure where this issue is arising though as I don't see this issue in any of the other human, mouse, or rat packages.

There were body_habitat, body_product, and body_site fields are in the vertebrate-stool.xlsx package, so they are inherited by the stool packages for our three mammals. I have removed those and replaced them (in vertebrate-stool.xlsx) with host_body_habitat, host_body_product, and host_body_site, while removing the separate definitions of these three fields from human-stool.xlsx, mouse-stool.xlsx, and rat-stool.xlsx since it appears they all share the same values.
