Require continuous default to fall between min and max if those are specified #162

Currently it is possible to enter a continuous default that is not within the entered max and min values (see lack of error msg on continuous default on screenshot below); this means that the default values in the resulting template will state they need to be fixed.

Note: this issue was raised before in https://github.com/ucsd-ccbb/qiimp/issues/15 . I can't for the life of me remember why we decided it wasn't a concern ...
