Add "DO NOT DELETE" message to the hidden tabs in the templates #163

Proposed approach of changing names of worksheets (as opposed to putting a message on the sheets themselves) breaks loading of all previous QIIMP files including the packages. If we're going to take this course, it will require considerable effort to update all the packages, probably manually, so backed out for now.
