@adswafford I can probably implement this pretty quickly but need your specifications on where and how you want it to appear in the interface (top? bottom? button? link? what should it say?)

We've trained users to look for this button:

So can we do one that looks like that but says "Open QIIMP in a new window" and place it right next to (maybe 3 em?) to the right of the beta logo:
