The changes to metadataWizard.js and metadata_wizard_template.html are red herrings--the string "metadata_form" here (as the name of a form object on the "metadata" worksheet) has no relation to the term "metadata_form" as the name of hidden worksheet. Changes to the python files have been pulled were pulled out of this PR and merged elsewhere.
