Append "_phi" to column names in metadata spreadsheet when column is phi #88

Per Austin: for now, can we append '_phi' to column names where this box is checked?

@adswafford : Is this a must-have, nice to have, or someday/maybe for alpha launch?

This is a must have for alpha since we don't have the built-in Qiita way to handle the information for now
