Due to the limitations of Excel permissions granularity, I CANNOT give users the ability to resize the columns without ALSO giving them the ability to hide and unhide columns. Please let me know whether you want to let them have that ability or if you just want me to make all the columns a larger, fixed width.
Can we make them wider (at least wide enough to handle host_scientific_name which is I think our largest mandatory metadata title), and then set them to wrap? If it looks like that width is too wide, then something smaller would be fine if wrap can be turned on.

Issue name changed from "Need to be able to resize columns on validation sheet" (which is not possible) to reflect revised specification.
Currently you cannot see which values have errors, though clicking on the link will take you there, so this can be a nice to have since it doesn't block functionality.
