Issues with host-associate term in env_package #96

For env_package, the term "host-associated" is automatically populated, but on the validation sheet it is listed as an issue to fix. Also despite the term being on the acceptable list, you cannot enter host-associated as a package.

I'm suspecting maybe a space error or other typo?

@adswafford I cannot reproduce this issue; that, along with the symptoms described, lead me to suspect it was as symptom of issue #92, which I have just (I believe!) fixed. If you encounter this again, please re-open this issue with a description of what steps reproduce the behavior.
