Improve grouping files in preparations #8

Currently, preparations are created with 250 samples (generally 500 files) which in some occasions is too large. A couple of improvements would be:

  1. Group samples in 100s vs. 250s.
  2. Group files in preparations but consider their size so they are similar size.
