[Task9.4 #134] Add US9 scenario test cases #204

Unit tests are covered during the previous tasks in user story 9. There is actual test for Dall-E API but put disabled annotation due to the limited ChatGPT credit.

For scenario 9.2, it already covered in scenario 2.3 since we are using the same recipe object. Performed manual testing to confirm the requirement.
