Added/checked error handling for:
- Account Manager (login related): handled this case at transitionToLoginScene() method in Controller
- Recipe Generator: covered in the implementation, handled in controller
- Recipe Model: added external error handler and connect with the controller
Added scenario tests for error page
Performed manual testing for error pages

Should the "login failed" box also mention that the issue is because the server is down?
