Add a flag to panoramas indicating no invasive plant species found. #19

I think the annotation tool is working great for us, the only issue we are finding is that some of the panoramas do not have any of the invasives in them so were wondering if there was a way to indicate no invasives were seen for a panorama so we can know that we visited that record and nothing was found. I guess the only other question is how many locations do you need to have annotated for each species.

As a quick fix, I added a "Delete and edit next" button to the panorama page. Marking a panorama as "no invasives found" would require a database changes and would be a little more involved.
