CoursesFragment has no nav drawer icon #10

CoursesFragment does not seem to have a navigation drawer icon... This was the case in CalendarFragment as well but it was fixed by removing the Android Support Toolbar and just using the default ActionBar. Not sure if this is an option with CoursesFragment since a lot is built into the Toolbar...
