Improve Mobile Modals

There are two tasks to this issue.

Event Modals
Board Modals

Event Modals

The event modals are good for the most part but there are a couple of issues. Namely:

Background Image needs to be centered
Google Maps Embed is not showing
Maybe some text resizing

Board Modals

The board modals need some minor adjustments on sizing. Specific areas include:

Profile Picture
Font Size
Button Size
