UCSB uses a modified version of edm:TimeSpan, which includes start and finish qualifiers

property :start_qualifier, 
predicate: ::RDF::Vocab::CRM.P79_beginning_is_qualified_by
property :finish_qualifier, 
predicate: ::RDF::Vocab::CRM.P80_end_is_qualified_by

UCSD uses edm:TimeSpan

Matthew Critchlow Sep 1, 2017 Yeah we should definitely talk more about this one. While we have an implementation of this, we haven't actually thrown our real data at it yet. So I suspect there's plenty of room for alignment here.

Chrissy Rissmeyer Sep 1, 2017 FYI: I'm not entirely sure if I support the use of qualifiers anymore. I really like them in theory (for several reasons) but I don't know if they are really worth it from a cost/benefit perspective.
