Descriptive summary

Batch edit should support be flexible on the format of linked headings in a cell.

Rationale

For linked headings, we should be able to use a label, ARK or both.

When value is an ARK: use the ARK
When value is a label and an ARK, formatted as “Label @ ARK”: use the ARK
When value is a label: try matching label to existing ARK, if matched use that ARK, else if no match create new ARK (same method as is used in the current Excel ingest tool)

@GregReser For linked headings with ARK in When value is an ARK: use the ARK, it cannot be 100% to determine the ARK itself like bbxxxxxxxx, dbxxxxxxxx, unless we use the ARK URL like http://library.ucsd.edu/ark:/20775/bbxxxxxxxx. What rules would you like to determine an ARK is used for linked headings? Will follow the same pattern Label @ ARK to use @ ARK works or not? Thanks.

@lsitu I see what you mean - it might be risky to determine that bb6929767w is an ARK without any other context.
I think using the pattern @ ARK will work. For example, the entire cell content would be @ bb6929767w Can we make it flexible to allow for both a space or no space before @? " @ bb6929767w" "@ bb6929767w"
