What does this PR do?

Corrected source JSON conversion issues found during QA for CIL harvesting:

• Include CloseMatch for subject headings output.
• Fixed the NullPointerException bug for records with no images.
• Added copyright note mapping and convert it to copyrightNote.
• Applied unique object id as title and citation note for records with no CIL_CCDB_Citation.Title section.
• Fixed mapping for note preferred citation.
• Handle technical details note elements for one single note.
• Special handling of name person researcher.
• Refactor codes to encode query string.
• Mapped TERMSANDCONDITIONS to Copyright status instead of copyright note.
