Deployment Needs

Full Solr reindex to leverage changes in:

@rstanonik / @jhriv I think DAMS Repo release 4.45 is ready for prod. Note that damspas release 1.93.0 has dependency on it for full SOLR index.

Who does the SOLR index?

I deployed DAMS Repo to production. That included a tomcat restart.

@rstanonik I can initiate the full SOLR index but I think we have to wait until for dams-solr is deployed. @mcritchlow Could you confirm?

@lsitu : @rstanonik would actually know for sure, but i believe the jenkins plan he has setup for dams4-solr updates the environments automatically upon a commit to master. If that's not the case, then yes you're definitely right we need that deployed to prod along w/ the damspas release so we can do the full reindex.
