File events are missing from the triplestore #96

Events like "file added", "file modified" etc. are erased from the dams triplestore. This will occurred during technical metadata updating. For example, when file in object https://library.ucsd.edu/dc/object/bb2733859v component 9 was replaced, only the checksum calculated event exist in the file metadata, all other events that were added during file ingested are missing.
