Hi there!
I'm trying to recognize some staff members with the LISN high five program. However, each time I log into LISN and click on the "Recognize someone" link I get an error message that says "Forbidden: Only Library Staff are allowed to access the High Five! application."
I did recently give notice that I'll be leaving the Library in early March so I'm wondering if the error is due to my accounts being shut down. In either case, I'd love to be able to figure out some way to recognize some staff with the program. Let me know if you have any tips.
