Reconcile additional customizations in ucsf_pharmacy_webedit #15

I want to take a moment sometime soon to look at with ITS the additional stuff we've dropped into our pharmacy extension module for webedit. I want to get it closer to the base version before we start developing training materials, as they should be reusable.

@erykmynn, do you want to roll this into the 7.x-1.0 stable release, or address this at a later point? BTW, I pushed the milestone for the first stable out a month (end of september now).
