This issue may be closed when there is a PR that adds

[ ] lifecycle carbon intensity data for each generator (mass CO2/ unit energy produced)
[ ] adds a data source to the data\README.md file that describes where the data comes from.

Closed by #19 (which calculates emissions from energy carriers). Although the current implementation isn't "lifecycle" carbon emissions, we're more concerned about operational emissions in the present model.
