Bill Hess is being proposed as a new board member.

We shall add a CV of Bill here supporting the motion.

There may be suggestions for adding other board members in addition. These suggestions should be floated here this time.

For lack of further activity on the board, I have added Bill to the adviser roster.

William Helm is listed as an advisor, can reconsider "board" status with the renewed UCUM efforts in 2021.
