There are no official translations.

You might want to look our MultiLingual policy statement on this question.

Ich kann ihnen natürlich mit einer deutschen Übersetzung helfen, but in general, translations are user contributed and we can coordinate somehow, but we would not necessarily maintain it.

It turns out that Dr. Sigmond has a partial translation to contribute. He may attach it and describe it here on this ticket. I have already linked this ticket from our MultiLingual page.
