Some findings are measured by the clock face, i.e. anal fissure at 7 o'clock. This can be converted to degrees, but as the angle of the fissure may not match its location this leads to unacceptable vagueness. Please consider adding this term.

This appears to be an interval-scale (with an origin and direction) and not just a ratio-scale. I'm not sure if interval-scales are in scope for UCUM.
