As described in the quoted paper, the recent redefinition of the SI resulted in modified values for a number of fundamental constants.

quote: "Sufficient progress towards redefining the International System of Units (SI) in terms of exact values of fundamental constants has been achieved. Exact values of the Planck constant h, elementary charge e, Boltzmann constant k, and Avogadro constant NA from the CODATA 2017 Special Adjustment of the Fundamental Constants are presented here. These values are recommended to the 26th General Conference on Weights and Measures to form the foundation of the revised SI."

The value of the Planck Constant in UCUM shall be changed to 6.62607015E−34 J.s

Remark: This issue relates to an overarching question, to be addressed in a separate ticket: What is the normative content of UCUM? Specifically, are the constants and conversion factors in UCUM a non-normative convenience function, or are they part of the normative system. If so, a thourough revision of all numerical values and their sources is required, in addition to a sustainable governance process to keep numbers updated.
