incorrect comment for [rd_br] #51

In the listing posted at http://aurora.regenstrief.org/~schadow/units/ucum-cs.units there is a typo on the line [rd_br] = 16.5 [ft_br] nonmetric # foot

It should be

[rd_br] = 16.5 [ft_br] nonmetric # rod

We generate these legacy tables, don't we? So we need to check if this issue is in the ucum source or not. Check and resolve.
