Icons update (Flatified icons) #4

This PR aims to make the icons more compatible with the new UI of Blender 2.8+, which exclusively uses single color flat icons.

Another benefit is now that the icon build pipeline is ready, adding new icons or editing existing ones is extremely simple and fast using this repostiory. https://github.com/swift502/ucupaint-icons

Additional changes

Also check out the changes to lib.py. I had to rename a few icons to keep the naming convention. It's much easier this way than to make exceptions to specific icons in the build pipeline. Hope it's fine.
