Localization: add Chinese translation #82

Most translations do not require modifying the source code, but some texts need to be wrapped with the pgettext_iface()

Thank you for the pull request! Are you planning to add more translations first, or do you want me to merge this first? For example, there are several generated layer and bake to layer labels that still have no translation yet image

You can merge first, I will add some more translations later when I have time, some texts are ambiguous after translation, I am not sure about their common names, so I keep them as they are for now😊 For example, "Voronoi", I am more familiar with the English name
