Update the whole installation section #117

The conda env set-up section is uptdated and leads to upgly errors. This proposal for a change in combination with updated environment.yml in https://github.com/udacity/CarND-Term1-Starter-Kit/pull/118 solves the issue.

Hi @mishaboyko We are closing out the issue because it has already been addressed in another issue recently, all the links have been updated.
