Used only required parameter instead of full SleepNight object

Thanks for the suggestions, @sparjapati Updating the code with your proposed changes in the app/src/main/java/com/example/android/trackmysleepquality/sleeptracker/BindingUtils.kt file may make it out of sync with the classroom demo/instructions. Though, I will update the Gradle and dependencies in the master branch.
