Enable GPU on quadcopter #557

From student: The jupyter workspace you host for my final homework does not show the 'enable gpu' button. On the previous exercises I could enable it. Would it be possible to get the GPU enabled?

So, it looks like the project doesn't really require a GPU, and would barely be sped up with one anyway, which makes it quite cost inefficient to provide it. (GPU workspaces cost an order of magnitude more than non-GPU enabled)
