the predict function in student notebook version has different value of sigma_bar than in solution. The student version needs to be checked; specifically, Please change self.r_t to self.q_t in the mentioned definition

there is already a similar issue #282. The problem not just with using self.r_t in Predict method but also sigma_0 is initialized incorrectly.
