FixedWing Repo readme typo #358

In the fixedwind readme, there is a typo in this sentence: "The longitudinal and lateral control gains are tuned independently but the control gains within each type build upon each other (i.e. you cannot tune the other loop without first tuning the inner loop gains)."

The "other gains" should be "outer gains".
