Cannot get the project running due to outdated repo #40

Hi Team,

I cannot get the project up and running due to outdated dependencies and packages. Followed the thread mentioned in the other issue by https://twitter.com/AltinTechIQ/status/1541513864105365505 but even that is outdated now and doesn't allow me to proceed.
