The information shown in the Reviews Handbook (https://mentor-dashboard.udacity.com/handbook/reviews) seems to be outdated/mixed with legacy information.
For example, in "How to perform reviews":
You can only claim up to 2 submissions at a time to review.
In the FAQ:
Yes, a reviewer can have a maximum of five student submissions in their dashboard to grade at one time.
Also that document doesn't explain the functionality of the dashboard, e.g.: "Refresh Queue" button, etc.
