L2E11: KF #749

In que quiz, would be good add a comment saying that the var parameters are squared values.

The variance is sigma squared, so I think I understand what you're saying - but the variable name in L2E11: State Prediction refers to it as the variance and not sigma, so I don't believe that anything needs clarification.
