New version of tensorflow breaks term 1 P4 #781

Here is the error:

$ python follower.py 
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "follower.py", line 49, in <module>
    from tensorflow.contrib.keras.python import keras
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'tensorflow.contrib.keras'

Please consider updating project, default version of tensorflow is now 1.9
