Feat: mb about page #161

I've taken some time to write up a text and make the About page look alright. : ) There are still things I want to do (namely shuffling the Contributor Voices - and adding more once they come! - and doing a proper separation of concerns, since currently all is inside of the AboutPage), but I thought it might be nice to have the About page in its current state in the webapp so that there's a bit of progress here! Maybe it'll also spark someone new to jump to the Entry Form and add their own Why to be included. : )

There seem to be no conflicts with the master branch. I'd be glad to do a pair programming some time this week to clean up my code and make it worthy to stick around in the webapp ; )
