It doesn't matter if I untick the "Choose automatically" option, the plugin doesn't respect if I select another source, on the graph it still shows the one that it selected by itself.

(Using it for XFCE panel, I have the xfce4-multiload-ng-plugin-gtk3-git package from the AUR, version r934.ea35462-1 at the moment.)

I confirm the same issue, where i have selected a specific sensor and it will display the selected sensor for about 5-10 seconds after startup and then switch to what it "chooses"

Version: 1.5.2-1 from AUR

This issue has been open for 2 years and still hasn't been classified, wish there was more progress or transparency on this issue

Hello, thank you all for the report, and sorry for the huge delay.

Unfortunately I don't have much time for Multiload-ng development, since I got a full time job. That's the reason for the slowdown.

Nevertheless, development never stopped. I work at Multiload-ng whenever I can, in my (limited) spare time.

A new major release, which addresses this and many other issues, is currently in alpha stage.

With G_MESSAGES_DEBUG=all environment variable and a patch to use g_debug to show sources_list[i].name , I found that in my case:

It wrote graph-temp-filter=Package id 0 (coret| to config file but compares with Package id 0 (coret as in sources_list[i].name

Removing the trailing | in ~/.config/multiload-ng/indicator.conf solved my issue.
