Show annotation on learning material - UI #112

  1. When I click on the highlighted text to see its annotation, the popup appears in the discussion panel.
  2. Please make 'show annotation in discussion panel' blue so its noticed that its clickable image

@rawaa123 this text in the screenshot 'Show in Discussion Panel is already clickable, can you just make it in blue color like the blue color used for URL in aannotations' image
