Redirection from a hashtag to the exact annotation #1171

when you click on a hashtag in an annotation, and land on hashtag page for that #tag, there is an option 'view on learning material'. clicking on this option does not take the user to the exact annotation in the annotations panel... scroll to the exact annotation and then highlight that in blue (the same as happens when redirecting from the notifications) Furthermore, when tags grow, the left slide panel expands infinitely. The panels for tags in this course, channel, material, should be expand/collapse able. image

The problem with expanding / collapsing the panel on the left needs some time / maybe with the next release!

But the redirection problem is temporarily solved, the solution can be better but due to the time constrains, the current solution should be sufficient

The problem with the redirection is fixed. @rawaa123 will work on expanding/collapsing tags panels
